A Message From David Meyers

It is with great disappointment that I inform you that the Facial Pain Association’s CEO, Allison Feldman, will be leaving FPA and becoming CEO of the Lewy Body Dementia Association.

The FPA Board is very grateful for everything that Allison has done for the FPA and we wish her the very, very best. As we have all come to expect from Allison, she pledged to do everything she can for a successful transition and has invited us to contact her after she’s departed for any help.

Fortunately, the FPA has a clear strategic plan, excellent staff in place, a strong financial position, a very involved Board of Directors & Medical Advisory Board, an active volunteer organization, and great momentum, so we should be able to move through this transition relatively well.

A transition plan has been created and a Search Committee has been formed. If you would like to explore applying for this position or know of someone who would be a strong candidate to lead the FPA, please contact Regina Gore to request a copy of the CEO Position Description and express your interest.

Sincerely,

David Meyers

Chairman, FPA Board of Directors
